HI!
Liv Curnen (she/her) is a writer, researcher, and designer. She holds an MA in the History of Design from the Victoria & Albert Museum/Royal College of Art in London, and a BA in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
Promoting empathy and mutual understanding across industries and audiences is foundational to Liv’s practice. Her work explores how objects act as tools of identity construction and self expression. Through object stories, she creates portraits of individuals, communities, and their lived experiences.
She is also a skilled project manager and organizer. In 2026, Liv co-organized the Dressing (A)part Fashion Symposium in collaboration with Parsons Paris and London College of Fashion.
In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, miniature model making, hiking, and travel.
